By using FindEdu.info (a unit of Bharat Skill Development Center - BSDC), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree, please discontinue using our website or services.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in their jurisdiction).
  • Certain counseling or admission services may require specific educational qualifications.

3. Counseling & Admission Services

  • Guidance: FindEdu provides free career counseling and admission support services.
  • College Fees: Students are responsible for paying college/university fees directly to the respective institutions.
  • Transparency: All guidance is provided based on authentic data from recognized colleges/universities.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during counseling and admission processes.
  • Do not misuse or falsify documents for admission.
  • Avoid sharing false information regarding scholarships, loans, or colleges.

5. Certification & Admission

Admissions are processed only in affiliated and recognized institutions. Certificates are issued by the respective universities/colleges after fulfilling eligibility and examination requirements.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No Refund: Counseling services provided by FindEdu are non-refundable.
  • Admission Fees: College/university fees are governed by respective institutions’ policies.
  • Cancellation: FindEdu reserves the right to withdraw services in case of misuse or fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, materials, and resources are owned by FindEdu.info/BSDC.
  • No user may copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

FindEdu is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by students/parents based on counseling suggestions.
  • Disputes between students and colleges/universities.
  • Technical issues, server downtime, or third-party misuse of data.

9. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate counseling/admission support if:

  • A user provides false or misleading information.
  • A user engages in fraudulent or unethical activities.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal.

11. Updates to Terms

FindEdu may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page with the latest "Last Updated" date.
