Refund Policy

At FindEdu.info (A Unit of BSDC), we value the trust and commitment of every student. Please note that once a payment is successfully made for counseling fees, admission support, or related services, the amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

• ✔️ If the payment fails due to technical errors.
• ✔️ If the amount is deducted but not received by our system (subject to bank/payment gateway confirmation).

Beyond these conditions, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained for counseling fees.
